When I first began working with clients, I quickly realized that most coaches, practitioners, and health professionals overlooked one critical piece: the impact of trauma. Clients were doing everything “right” yet struggling with stress, sleep, energy, or behavior patterns that had roots in unaddressed trauma.

That realization shaped my life’s work: equipping practitioners with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to provide care that honors the whole person ,body, mind, and story.

I believe trauma-informed care is not just an approach,  it’s a responsibility. It’s about creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported.

Through my research, teaching, and practitioner training, I aim to help others integrate trauma-informed principles into everyday practice so that healing can truly last.

Nutrition doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Clients bring lived experiences, stress, and histories that can shape how their bodies respond to food, sleep, and change. My work centers on building trauma-informed systems that help practitioners deliver care that is safe, collaborative, and sustainable, so clients can make progress that actually lasts.
