These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trauma-Informed Care Institute™ website, online courses, digital materials, and services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use our Services. By enrolling in our courses, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate.

Payments & Refunds

• All course prices are listed in USD and must be paid in full or through an approved payment plan.

• We offer a 14-day preview period for eligible courses. Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 calendar days of purchase and are subject to our Refund Policy.

• No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period or once 25% or more of the course has been completed.

Certification & Continuing Education

Completion of designated courses may qualify you for board certification and/or continuing education units (CEUs), as listed in each course description. Certification is contingent upon successful course completion and meeting any outlined requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, videos, PDFs, graphics, and language, is the exclusive intellectual property of Trauma-Informed Care Institute™ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent. Sharing login credentials or course access with others is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any conduct that:

• Violates these Terms or applicable laws

• Infringes upon the rights of others

• Harasses, defames, or discriminates against others

• Attempts to access restricted areas of the platform or compromise security

Disclaimer of Warranties

All courses and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our content, as each user’s outcome depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Trauma-Informed Care Institute™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or business interruption.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice or refund, if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform or content.
